本文用C57BL雌性和雄性小鼠,肌内注射戊酸雌二醇和已酸孕酮,注射剂量依次为25μg和1,250μg,每月注射1次,共10次。雌性小鼠肿瘤及子宫积脓发生率分别为82.1%和43.2%,平均潜伏期依次为237.9±35.5天和196.1±44.8天。肿瘤类型主要为垂体嗜碱性细胞瘤和癌,占肿瘤动物的93.8%(30/32)。垂体癌与嗜碱性细胞瘤发生例数之比值为0.15(4/26)。雄性小鼠,肿瘤发生率为97.7%,平均潜伏期为230.9±34.1天。肿瘤类型也是以垂体肿瘤为主,其癌与嗜碱性细胞瘤发生例数之比值相当高,达2.8(31/11)。用药后6个月全部动物睾丸高度萎缩。对照组雌性和雄性小鼠均无自发性肿瘤发生。
In this study, C57BL female and male mice were intramuscularly injected with estradiol valerate and caproate acetate at a dose of 25μg and 1,250μg, respectively, once a month for 10 times. The incidence of tumor and uterine pyometra in female mice were 82.1% and 43.2%, respectively. The average incubation period was 237.9 ± 35.5 days and 196.1 ± 44.8 days. Tumor types are mainly basophilic basophilic tumors and carcinomas, accounting for 93.8% (30/32) of tumor animals. The ratio of pituitary adenomas to basophils was 0.15 (4/26). The male mice had a tumor incidence of 97.7% and an average incubation period of 230.9 ± 34.1 days. Tumor type is also mainly pituitary tumors, the ratio of its occurrence of cancer and basophilic tumor is very high, up to 2.8 (31/11). Six months after treatment, all animals withered atrophy of testes. The control group of female and male mice no spontaneous tumor.
