教师的专业发展是指教师参加工作以后的教育思想、知识结构、教育能力的不断提升和发展。为了适应时代的发展,我们教师要把参加工作作为新的起点,要继续学习,终身学习,全面发展。“终身学习”也体现了教育家陶行知关于“终身教育”的思想。通过多年来对教师这个行业的实践和体会,本文认为教师专业发展应从下面几个方面去努力 The professional development of teachers refers to the continuous improvement and development of teachers’ educational thinking, knowledge structure and educational ability after participating in the work.
