从学校到机关的年轻人在进入工作岗位以后的一段时间中,都有一个心理很不适应的时期,称之为“心理适应期”。 这一时期的主要特点是压抑感重、自信心弱、倾诉欲强、期望值高。这一时期的规律是:(1)工作适应性与心理适应性成反比;(2)用“凸透镜”观察问题;(3)提职前的心理“断层”。 解决这些问题需要本人和组织双方互动,共同努力,综合运用人才成长规律,科学调整心态,使年轻人减轻“断层”的损伤性,顺利走出心理适应期。
For some time after school, young people from schools to institutions have a time when they are mentally unwell, calling them “psychological adjustment periods.” The main features of this period are the feeling of repression, confidence, weakness, high expectations. The law of this period is: (1) work adaptability and psychological adaptability is inversely proportional to; (2) the use of “convex lens” to observe the problem; (3) pre-service psychological “fault.” To solve these problems, we need both parties and organizations to interact with each other and make concerted efforts to comprehensively use the law of talent growth and scientifically adjust the mentality so that young people can mitigate the damage of the “fault” and smoothly get out of the psychological adjustment period.
