管理应该严格一些好还是宽松一些好?有人认为应该宽松一些,尤其是高科技公司管理上应该人性化,甚至以谷歌为例,认为应该推广弹性工作制,还鼓励每个人把20%的时间拿出来做与本职工作不相干的事情。现在很多创业公司从一开始就是这样管理的。我的看法是,宽松的管理只是听起来很美的伪真理。管理必须严格,甚至必须有一点小苛刻,尤其是对于中国的绝大多数企业而言。
