抗癌Ⅰ号系中药制成,为乙醇溶液,呈透明浅褐色。由于在临床使用中对中晚期癌症有一定疗效,故而在小白鼠体内观察其抑瘤作用。现将初步结果报告于后。材料和方法一、动物:昆明种小白鼠,雌雄各半,体重18～22g,由省药检所动物室提供。二、瘤株:小白鼠肝癌 H_(22)瘤株由贵阳医学院病理教研室惠赠,小鼠肉瘤 S180株由遵义医学院病理教研室惠赠。三、抗癌Ⅰ号注射液由张礼宾医师提供。四、肿瘤接种方法:皮下接种以4×10~6/ml 的瘤细胞悬液,每只小鼠腋部皮下注入0.2ml;腹腔接种以2倍稀释的瘤细胞腹水,每
Anticancer I was made of Chinese medicine, ethanol solution, transparent light brown.
