以山脚树矿22155工作面为工程背景,根据该工作面的工程地质情况及煤层群上下工作面开采关系,采用数值分析的方法计算得出22153采空区边缘煤体内部应力集中系数,并依据弹塑性力学理论,提出合理煤柱宽度的计算公式.研究结果表明:通过极限平衡理论计算得到的巷道侧塑性区宽度较直接采用锚杆支护长度更合理;对于复杂煤层群开采条件下,应力集中系数可采用数值分析的方法获取;运用该方法所计算的复杂煤层群开采条件下煤柱宽度经过现场实践检验是科学、合理的.
Based on the engineering geology of this working face and the mining relationship between the upper and lower face of the coal seam group, the internal stress concentration coefficient of the edge coal body in 22153 goaf was calculated by the method of numerical analysis. Elastic-plastic mechanics theory, a formula for calculating the width of coal pillar is proposed.The results show that the width of plastic zone in tunnel side calculated by limit equilibrium theory is more reasonable than the length of bolt support directly, and for the mining of complicated coal seam group, the stress The concentration coefficient can be obtained by numerical analysis method. It is scientific and reasonable that the width of coal pillar under the condition of complex coal seam mining conditions calculated by this method is verified by field practice.
