国企廉洁文化建设的几个着力点

习近平在中共中央政治局第二十四次集体学习会时强调,要推动形成不敢腐不能腐不想腐的有效机制。纵观国企近年来的廉洁文化建设,虽取得不菲的成效,但与中央的要求、社会的期待、员工的愿望相比,还有较大差距。腐败滋生,窝案串案、大案要案不断发生,令人触目惊心。这其中一重要原因,就是其廉洁文化建设的不实不力不佳。为此,应把国企廉洁文化建设上的着力点放在如下四方面。 During the 24th collective learning meeting of the Politburo of the CPC Central Committee, Xi Jinping emphasized that we should promote the formation of an effective mechanism for decaying corruption and avoiding corruption.
