目的：介绍结肠靶向粘附释药系统的概念、原理及其优点，为从事该类研究提供参考。方法：以国内外大量文献为基础，结合笔者们的工作进行分析和归纳。结果与结论：综述了结肠靶向粘附释药系统设计原理、体内外检测方法和可用的载体，结肠靶向粘附释药系统具有重大的临床应用价值
OBJECTIVE: To introduce the concept, principle and advantages of colon-targeted adhesion release system and provide a reference for such research. Methods: Based on a large number of documents at home and abroad, combining with the author’s work to analyze and summarize. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The design principle of colonic targeted adhesion release system, the detection methods in vitro and in vivo and the available vectors were reviewed.
