协同由教师、实习教师和教学辅助人员组成教学小队集体研究并编订教学工作计划,分工合作完成教学任务和评价教学效果的一种组织形式。协同教学在小学英语教学中的应用主要有全员参与模式、参与——辅助模式、合作+平行模式、主持——嘉宾模式等。协同教学在小学英语教学中应用,要取得良好的教学效果,必须要遵循一定的原则,即团队的组建遵循自主选择、技能互补原则,协同教学的实施要考虑小学生的个性特征,协同教学过程要注重沟通和反馈。
