近年来随着现代轧机装备水平的不断提高,轧机振动问题显得更加突出和多样化,成为轧制领域亟需解决的一个世界难题。经过对日本三菱公司的FTSR热连轧机组、德国西马克公司的CSP热连轧机组和中国鞍钢的ASP热连轧机组的振动测试,发现某轧机扭振与轴向振动频率相同。为了解释轧机轴向振动这一现象,利用ANSYS有限元谐响应分析模块进行了计算机仿真研究,获得了在某种条件下轧机扭振与轴向振动会产生耦合振动现象的结论,为轧机耦合动力学设计提供理论依据。
