研究了新型生物基聚酯的原料——2,5-呋喃二甲酸的制备。以生物基的5-羟甲基糠醛(HMF)为原料,在碱性条件下,用高锰酸钾氧化法制备2,5-呋喃二甲酸(FDCA)。经过系统地反应条件对比实验,得到的反应条件优化结果为:NaOH溶液浓度为1.7 mol/L,n(高锰酸钾):n(5-羟甲基糠醛)=2.4:1,反应时间40 min,反应温度25℃,可使2,5-呋喃二甲酸的收率达到54.65%,纯度达99.5%。
The preparation of novel 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid was studied. 2,5-Furandicarboxylic acid (FDCA) was prepared by oxidation of potassium permanganate under basic conditions using bio-based 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) as raw material. After systematic comparison of reaction conditions, the optimal reaction conditions were as follows: the concentration of NaOH solution was 1.7 mol / L, n (potassium permanganate): n (5-hydroxymethylfurfural) = 2.4: min, the reaction temperature is 25 ℃, the yield of 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid can reach 54.65% with the purity of 99.5%.
