目的研究Notch1及p-Akt在结肠癌组织中的表达及意义。方法分别应用免疫组化和Western-blot的方法检测30例结肠癌组织及其癌旁组织中Notch1和p-Akt的表达,分析两者的表达水平与临床病理特征的关系以及两者的相互关系。结果 Notch1在结肠癌组织中的阳性率为70%(21/30),明显高于癌旁组织30%(9/30)(P<0.05),其表达与肿瘤分化程度有关(P<0.05)。p-Akt在结肠癌组织中的阳性率83.33%(25/30),明显高于癌旁组织16.67%(5/30)(P<0.05),且与肿瘤的分化程度、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。Notch1和p-Akt的表达呈正相关(r=0.441,P=0.017)。结论 Notch1与p-Akt的异常表达可能与结肠癌的发生发展相关。
Objective To study the expression and significance of Notch1 and p-Akt in colon cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry and Western-blot were used to detect the expression of Notch1 and p-Akt in 30 cases of colorectal cancer tissues and their adjacent tissues respectively. The relationship between them and the clinicopathological features were analyzed . Results The positive rate of Notch1 in colon cancer tissues was 70% (21/30), which was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues (9/30) (P <0.05). The expression of Notch1 was correlated with the degree of tumor differentiation (P <0.05) . The positive rate of p-Akt in colon cancer tissues was 83.33% (25/30), which was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues (16.67%, 5/30) (P <0.05), and correlated with the degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis <0.05). The expression of Notch1 and p-Akt was positively correlated (r = 0.441, P = 0.017). Conclusion The abnormal expression of Notch1 and p-Akt may be related to the occurrence and development of colon cancer.
