为解决沥青路面低温季节施工难题,适应节能、环保的要求,高性能中温沥青混合料研究成为沥青路面发展的趋势。该文分析乳化型中温沥青作用机理,确定中温沥青混合料强度形成机理,提出高固含量乳化型中温沥青技术要求,设计出中温沥青混合料的合成级配。通过制备不同温度、不同击实工艺的马歇尔试件,确定最佳击实温度和室内击实工艺;采用中温沥青混合料油石比计算公式,得到中温沥青混合料初始油石比,运用马歇尔试验方法最终确定最佳油石比。针对中温沥青混合料的水稳性、高温稳定性、低温抗裂性以及渗水性能进行了试验验证,达到了热拌沥青路面的技术要求。
In order to solve the construction problems of asphalt pavement in low temperature season and to meet the requirements of energy saving and environmental protection, the research on high performance medium temperature asphalt mixture has become the trend of asphalt pavement development. The optimum compaction temperature and indoor compaction process were determined by preparing Marshall specimens with different temperatures and different compaction processes. The initial ratio of ashes was obtained by using the formula of medium-temperature asphalt mixture, Determine the best ratio of stone. Aimed at the water stability, high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance and water seepage performance of medium temperature asphalt mixture, the technical requirements of hot asphalt mixture pavement were achieved.
