在全民健身观念日益受到重视的今天,少儿游泳培训班受到人们的欢迎,许多家长争先恐后为自己的孩子报名参加培训班,以达到增强孩子体质,掌握游泳技能,丰富课余生活的目的。我游泳馆通过多年不断总结和完善,基本建立了一套较科学的运行机制,成功培训了数千名少年儿童。实践发现,少年儿童在深水中自由自在地游进,对他们的身心发展有深远的影响,培养得好,不但可提高兴趣,建立良好的动力定型,常年参与,终身受益。反之,如儿童产生怕水心理,兴趣降低,而远离游泳。为此,我采取了以下做法: Today, the concept of universal fitness is paid more and more attention. Today, children’s swimming training courses are welcomed by many people. Many parents vied for their children to enroll in training courses so as to enhance their physique, master swimming skills and enrich their after-school life. Through years of continuous review and improvement, our swimming pool has basically established a set of more scientific operation mechanism and successfully trained thousands of children and adolescents. Practice has found that children and young people swimming freely in the deep water have far-reaching effects on their physical and mental development. Well-trained children and young children can not only increase interest, establish good dynamic stereotypes, participate in the perennial, and benefit for life. Conversely, if children are afraid of water psychology, interest decreased, while away from swimming. To this end, I have taken the following approach:
