氯己啶(洗必太)是一种有效的广谱抗菌剂。本文比较随机双盲选取的30例拔除智齿和根尖切除术后患者应用0.1%和0.2%两种不同浓度氯己啶的副作用以及患者的耐受性。使用0.2%氯己啶溶液的患者由7例女性、8例男性组成,平均年龄33岁(21～69岁);使用0.1%溶液的一组患者由6例女性,9例男性组成,平均年龄33岁(19～76岁)。从发给患者的提问卡中收集患者使用后的反应。
Chlorhexidine (chlorhexidine) is an effective broad-spectrum antibacterial agent. This article compares the randomized and blinded selection of 30 patients with wisdom teeth and apical resection patients with 0.1% and 0.2% two different concentrations of chlorhexidine side effects and patient tolerance. Patients in the 0.2% chlorhexidine solution consisted of 7 women and 8 men, with an average age of 33 years (21 to 69 years); a group with 0.1% solution consisted of 6 women and 9 men, average age 33 years old (19-76 years old). The patient’s response after use is collected from question cards issued to the patient.
