目的拟对天津市区域内视屏(VDT)作业人群肌肉骨骼疾病危害因素进行调查。方法选取有代表性的金融、信息技术、行政管理及自动化生产行业中VDT作业人群690人作为调查对象。使用电子化北欧肌肉骨骼疾病标准问卷收集所需信息。采用多分类logistic回归方法分析,并筛选主要危害因素。结果疲劳的患病率最高(53.3%~73.8%)。手部的舒适程度最低(6.1%)。肌肉骨骼疾病症状与腕部工作姿势(OR=1.640~1.842)、每日VDT作业时长(OR=1.265~1.438)正相关,而与休息频次呈(1/OR=1.144~1.273)负相关。影响程度由高到低的顺序为腕部工作姿势、每日VDT作业时间和休息频次。结论调查和回归分析筛选出姿势、作业时长和休息情况作为VDT作业肌肉骨骼疾病主要危害因素。以此为基础可有针对性地开展风险评估分级和健康促进措施,有助于达到一级预防目标。
Objective To investigate the risk factors of musculoskeletal diseases in VDT operating population in Tianjin area. Methods A total of 690 VDT working population in the financial, information technology, administration and automated manufacturing industries were selected as the survey subjects. Use the electronic Nordic Musculoskeletal Disease Questionnaire to collect the required information. Multi-classification logistic regression analysis and screening of major risk factors. Results The prevalence of fatigue was the highest (53.3% ~ 73.8%). Hand comfort is lowest (6.1%). The symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders were positively correlated with the working posture of the wrist (OR = 1.640-1.842), daily duration of VDT (OR = 1.265-1.438), and negative correlation with the resting frequency (1 / OR = 1.144-1.273). The order of influence from high to low is wrist working posture, daily VDT working time and rest frequency. Conclusion Investigation and regression analysis screened posture, duration of work and rest as the main risk factors of musculoskeletal disorders in VDT operation. Based on this, risk assessment grading and health promotion measures can be targeted and help to achieve the primary prevention goal.
