Objective To analyze the distribution of adverse reactions caused by levofloxacin injection and to explore the related factors of adverse reactions. Methods 18 cases of levofloxacin injection of our hospital retrieved cases of adverse reactions as the research object, the statistical analysis of 18 patients in this group the basic situation and the occurrence of adverse reactions. At the same time, taking the patient’s adverse reaction as the dependent variable, the multivariate analysis of the adverse reaction occurred with Logistic regression analysis tool based on sex, age, medical dose, course of disease, allergy history and combination medication as independent variables. Results The distribution of adverse reactions in the 18 patients in this group were as follows: digestive system reaction in 7 cases (38.89%), skin and accessory reaction in 5 cases (27.78%), cardiovascular system reaction in 2 cases (11.11%), nervous system reaction (11.11%), 1 hematologic reaction (5.56%) and 1 urinary reaction (5.56%). The grade of adverse reactions in 18 patients was mild in 10 cases (55.56%), moderate in 6 cases (33.33%) and severe in 2 cases (11.11%). Univariate analysis showed that: the age of 60 years of age, levofloxacin injection daily dose of 400mg, treatment> 5d, a history of allergies, such patients combined with the risk of adverse reactions are high. Multivariate analysis showed that adverse reactions caused by levofloxacin injection were related to the age of patients (≥60 years old), daily dose (400mg), history of allergy (yes) and combined medication (yes). Conclusion Levofloxacin caused adverse reactions to the digestive system reaction, the overall degree of light. Clinically, patients should take appropriate measures of adverse events related to risk factors to promote rational drug use.
