介绍了纳秒量级的门控积分器。多路积分器采用模块化结构设计 ,每路门完全导通的时间约为7ns,用信号源信号作输入 ,积分非线性不超过 2 .9%。在“星光”装置上的惯性约束聚变实验中 ,每路门控积分器测量结果 ,与示波器积分测量结果对比 ,最大误差不超过满量程的 3.3%。
The nanosecond gated integrator is introduced. Multi-channel integrator with modular structure design, each gate fully conductive time is about 7ns, with the signal source for input, the integral nonlinearity does not exceed 2.9%. In the inertial confinement fusion experiment on the “Starlight” device, the maximum error of each gated integrator measurement does not exceed 3.3% of full scale compared with the oscilloscope integral measurement results.
