四川盆地丘陵区降水丰富,但时空分布不均,水利设施与管理手段落后,水资源开发利用率低,尤其是农业用水效益低。本文通过对四川盆地丘陵区农业用水现状、降水资源化和综合评价体系的分析,探讨了如何在四川盆地丘陵区优化配置农业用水。四川盆地丘陵区可采用集水节灌综合措施,主要是通过修建小型水利工程,就地拦蓄降水,提高区域蓄水能力和水资源利用率,减少水土流失,实现降水利用与农业生态环境改善的有机整合。农业用水综合评价体系为农业用水优化配置提供了理论依据和保障,使农业用水优化配置更具科学性和合理性。
The hilly area of Sichuan Basin is characterized by abundant precipitation but uneven spatial and temporal distribution, backward water conservancy facilities and management measures, low utilization rate of water resources development and utilization, and especially low agricultural water use efficiency. Based on the analysis of the present status of agricultural water use, precipitation and resource utilization in Sichuan hilly region and the comprehensive evaluation system, this paper discussed how to optimize the allocation of agricultural water in the hilly area of Sichuan Basin. In the hilly area of Sichuan Basin, comprehensive measures for water catchment and water conservation can be adopted, mainly through the construction of small-scale water conservancy projects, stopping and storing precipitation on site, improving regional water storage capacity and water resource utilization, reducing soil and water loss, realizing precipitation utilization and improving agricultural ecological environment Organic integration. The comprehensive evaluation system of agricultural water provides the theoretical basis and guarantee for the optimal allocation of agricultural water, making the optimal allocation of agricultural water more scientific and reasonable.
