实现对配煤结构的优化,最为主要的就是在炼焦煤资源的选择上,选择那些质量好、性能稳定并且价格合适的焦煤资源,那些进口瘦煤含有的灰和硫都比较低,而且价格低,质量也值得信赖。另外,按照在实际中的各个煤种,对比他们的质量,通过不断调整,进行配煤方案的优化。再次,要严格地监控炼焦煤,对其质量进行把关,从而防止质量问题。基于此,本文就针对优化配煤结构的方法展开了分析和谈论,利用科学的方式,对配煤结构进行优化,以期提高焦炭质量,降低配煤成本。
