当前弱势群体利益遭受侵害的问题相当突出,因此而引发的群体性事件也越来越多。黑龙江女子代力为其妹妹不惜冒死“以身试药”、河南省新密市的农民工张海超“开胸验肺”、农民工通过“跳楼”才能拿到回家过年的血汗钱等等,一系列事件的发生,都与一个词密切相关——弱势群体。一些极端的个例暴露出的是弱势群体所处的社会状态及维权的艰难处境。对社会弱势群体能否实施有效的司法救助,是司法机关在服务和谐社会建设中必须面对和完成的紧迫课题。针对此类现实问题,本文就如何在检察环节做好弱势群体的司法救助做了初步探讨。 At present, the issue of the infringement on the interests of the disadvantaged groups is quite outstanding, and as a result more and more mass incidents are caused. Some extremes expose the social conditions of disadvantaged groups and the difficult situation of safeguarding their rights. Whether or not to impose effective judicial aid on vulnerable social groups is an urgent issue that the judiciary must face and accomplish in building a harmonious society. In view of such realistic problems, this article makes a preliminary discussion on how to make judicial assistance to disadvantaged groups in prosecution.
