Objectives: To understand the reproductive health knowledge and needs of unmarried migrant workers in the service industry and provide a basis for sex education and services among unmarried migrant youth. RESULTS: A total of 367 valid questionnaires were collected and the mean age of respondents was 20.5 ± 1.8 years. The reproductive physiology knowledge and contraceptive knowledge score of the subjects were lower, but there was no significant difference between men and women (P> 0.05). The STD / AIDS knowledge score was higher, and the median male score (76.9) was higher than that of women (69.2) , The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The main sources of sexual and reproductive health knowledge of the respondents were television / radio / books / magazines / newspapers, schools, peers and the internet. The respondents in the past six months received mainly STD / AIDS / Reproductive Infections knowledge, physical and contraceptive knowledge; they believed that the community should provide services such as knowledge education, counseling and provision of contraceptives. The main obstacles that the participants consider to have access to sexual education and reproductive health services are: feeling embarrassed, having no time to attend and not knowing where to seek service. Due to their mobility and educational level, various forms of easy-to-understand sex education should be developed according to local conditions.
