严格地说,对多动症的诊断,主要要由医生负责。但作为教师来说,也应尽可能地早发现,以便及时请医生检查和指导治疗。以下,提出四点识别的方法,以供广大教师作参考。1、正常儿童上课时,一般都能集中精力留心听课,偶有不专心时,经教师提醒后也能克服。多动症患者则每次上课都不能集中精力留心听讲,甚至不能聚精会神五分钟,虽经教师多次批评,指责,仍不能克制。2、正常儿童具有“场合选择性”的特点。平时,他们也有许多活动,但当处于不适于活动的特殊场所,如在教室上课,参加早操或课间操,参加集会,在别人家里做客,看电影等,却能自觉地控制自己的活动。而多动症患者是没有场合选择性的,不论在什么地方,其动作和活动都过多,无法安静下来。
