目的:研究去甲万古霉素结合鳞片状骨水泥在玉米机创伤后创面感染治疗中的应用疗效。方法:自2017年6月至2018年8月我们共收治32例玉米机外伤出现的创面感染患者,将去甲万古霉素混入骨水泥,制备成鳞片状,覆盖于感染创面,并根据病情选择性使用负压封闭引流治疗创面感染,治疗结束后对纳入病例进行分析研究。结果:本组32例中,29例二次手术时感染控制良好,去除负压吸引及骨水泥后行创面修复手术,创面顺利愈合;3例二次拆除护创器后仍有部分肌腱液化,深部有黏稠分泌物,经一段时间换药治疗后,感染最终得到控制,后期随访均未见感染复发。结论:去甲万古霉素骨水泥结合负压吸引是治疗玉米机创伤引发的创面感染的一种有效方法。“,”Objective:To study the application efficacy of norvancomycin combined with scaly bone cement in the treatment of wound infection after trauma by cornhusker.Methods:From June 2017 to August 2018, 32 cases of wound infection caused by cornhusker trauma were treated. Norvancomycin was mixed with bone cement to prepare scales and cover the infected wound. According to the condition of the patients, the vacuum sealing drainage was used to treat the wound infection. After the treatment, the cases were analyzed.Results:Among the 32 cases, 29 cases had good infection control during the second operation. After removing the vacuum sealing drainage and bone cement, the wound was repaired and healed smoothly. In the rest 3 cases, some tendons were still liquefied after the second removal of the wound protector, and there was viscous secretion in the deep. After a period of dressing change, the infection was finally controlled, and no infection recurrence was found in the later follow-up.Conclusion:The norvancomycin cement combined with vacuum sealing drainage is an effective method to treat wound infection caused by cornhusker trauma.
