患者男 ,2 6岁 ,无临床症状 ,于体检时Ｂ超发现右肾囊肿行ＣＴ检查。平扫显示右肾有约 4 0ｃｍ× 5 0ｃｍ大小囊性低密度病变 (ＣＴ值 4Ｈｕ) ,其后部可见半月形致密影 (ＣＴ值 15 16Ｈｕ) ,上界面水平 (图 1)。侧卧位平扫 ,半月致密影位置改变 ,但上界面仍呈水平 (图 2 )。Ｃ
