蛋白质脱水缩合过程对形象思维、数学推理能力要求较强,再者学生缺乏对合成过程的动态、整体性理解,导致此类计算推理题错答率较高。有关蛋白质合成过程的计算类题型种类多,历年高考卷或模拟考卷题目考查时往往涉及多方面的综合计算类型,能很容易考查出学生形象思维和逻辑思维层次是否达到要求。现笔者把涉及蛋白质合成过程的相关推理计算分类整理如下。一、蛋白质中肽键数或形成蛋白质时失去的水分子数蛋白质中肽键数=脱去的水分子数=蛋白质中氨基酸总数一肽链的条数。
