文章阐述了目前机车数据采集与识别现状及其技术发展趋势。介绍了无线射频识别(RFID)工作原理及机车采用RFID电子标签技术的优势。通过机车电子标签应用难点分析,提出了符合机车运用环境特点的铭牌式和螺栓式陶瓷电子标签方案。文章最后提供了一种基于RFID电子标签的机车电子履历数据采集系统方案。
The article expounds the current situation of locomotive data acquisition and identification and its technical development trend. Introduces the working principle of radio frequency identification (RFID) and locomotive using RFID electronic tag technology advantages. Through the analysis of the difficult points of the application of locomotive electronic tags, a nameplate-type and bolt-type ceramic electronic label scheme that meets the locomotive characteristics of the environment is proposed. Finally, the article provides a program based on RFID electronic tags locomotive electronic resume data acquisition system.
