贾康、刘军民同志的专著《中国住房制度改革问题研究——经济社会转轨中“居者有其屋”的求解》,已由经济科学出版社出版。近年来,我国大中城市房价持续快速上涨,住房供应结构失衡,引起政府和社会各界的极大关注。房价、房地产市场调控问题也由此成为国家宏观调控的一大热点和难点。在这种现实背景之下,本书作者选择住房制度改革研究课题,形成了这本以专著形式表现的研究成果。 Jia Kang, Comrade Liu Junmin’s monograph, “Study on the Reform of China’s Housing System - Economic and Social Transition” Home Ownership “Solution ” has been published by the Economic Science Press.
