本研究通过指示植物测定、电子显微镜对病毒粒子的观察和多种植物病毒抗血清鉴定,初步明确了草石蚕脱化的主要原因是病毒病的感染所致,其中苜蓿花叶病毒及一种以上线状未知病毒(与TuMV和WcMV病毒等近缘),在草石蚕全生育期(包括块茎)内含量的极高.此外,还检测到了烟草花叶病毒(TMV).采用电镜观察和血清检测等手段可以检出组织培养幼苗中未脱净的病毒,剔除含毒株,从而得到可靠的脱毒株.
In this study, the main reason for the de-oxidation of Phyllostachys heterocycla cv.
