涡电流分选技术作为回收阿拉斯加砂金的新方法

阿拉斯加大学与Eriez Magnetics公司共同发起了一个用涡电流分选设备回收天然砂金的定性研究试验计划。对于采自阿拉斯加的粒度范围介于6.4~63.5 mm的各种天然砂金矿样进行了定性试验。所有试验均用REA型Eriez实验室涡电流分选机进行,其磁性转子表面场强为2000高斯。皮带速度设为91 m/min,转子转速2500 r/min。调节分矿器位置使平均块度为76×102×127 mm的大岩块正好能被丢弃。根据这批有限的试验得到的结果,可以向砂金选矿厂推荐将涡电流分选技术作为一种可行的回收粗粒金的方法。对回收银和铂也进行了试验。 The University of Alaska and Eriez Magnetics co-sponsored a qualitative research pilot program to recover natural placer gold using eddy current sorting equipment. Qualitative tests were conducted on various natural placer gold samples collected in Alaska with grain sizes ranging from 6.4 to 63.5 mm. All tests were performed using a REA Eriez laboratory eddy current sorter with a field strength of 2000 gauss on the magnetic rotor surface. Belt speed is set to 91 m / min, rotor speed 2500 r / min. Adjusting the position of the splitter allows the large rock mass with an average block size of 76 × 102 × 127 mm to be discarded. Based on the results of these limited trials, eddy current sorting can be recommended as a viable method for recovery of coarse-grained gold to the placer concentrator. Recycled silver and platinum were also tested.
