概述了基于相位测量的光学三维面型测量原理和移相法相位测量技术。针对移相法相位测量过程中的移相误差,结合优化的方法研究了传统五步移相算法的误差估计。根据相位展开原理,提出了加权最小二乘相位展开方法,并分别用两种不同的优化方法进行二维相位展开,对结果比较分析,验证了其性能与效率。
An overview of optical three-dimensional surface measurement based on phase measurement principle and phase-shift phase-shift measurement technique. Aiming at the phase-shifting error in the phase measurement of phase-shift method, the error estimation of the traditional five-step phase-shifting algorithm is studied with the optimization method. According to the principle of phase unwrapping, a weighted least squares phase unwrapping method is proposed, and two different phase optimization methods are used to carry out two-dimensional phase unwrapping. The results are compared and the performance and efficiency are verified.
