根据圆盘剪剪切过程的实际情况,运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件建立了剪切过程的有限元模型。通过模拟,获得了钢板在不同侧向间隙下剪切质量和剪切力。结果表明,25 mm厚Q235钢板最大剪切力为250 kN,最佳侧向剪切间隙约为钢板厚度的4%。这能为钢板剪切工艺和圆盘剪的设计提供依据。
According to the actual situation of shearing process of disc shears, the finite element model of shearing process was established by ANSYS / LS-DYNA software. Through the simulation, the shear quality and shear force of the steel under different lateral clearances were obtained. The results show that the maximum shearing force of 25 mm thick Q235 steel is 250 kN and the optimum lateral shear clearance is about 4% of the steel thickness. This can provide the basis for the steel plate cutting process and disc shears design.
