目的:探讨翻转课堂教学方法在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学临床教学中的应用。方法选取第四军医大学2010级临床医学专业84名本科实习学生为研究对象,将其随机平均分为实验组与对照组,实验组采用翻转课堂教学方法,对照组采用传统教学方法。通过基础知识和临床技能考核以及问卷调查,比较两种教学方法的实施效果。结果通过比较两组学生考核成绩发现,实验组学生对基础知识的掌握和临床技能的运用优于对照组;同时,实验组学生体会到翻转课堂在提高学习兴趣、效率和自主学习能力等方面优于传统方法。结论在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学临床教学中采用翻转课堂教学方法,能够提高实习学生的学习兴趣和成绩,并进一步提高其自学能力和临床急症应变处理能力。“,”Objective To study the application of flipped classroom teaching method in clinical practice teaching of otolaryngology head and neck surgery.Methods We selected 84 undergraduate in-ternship students of the fourth military medical university(Class 2010),and then randomly divided them into 2 equal groups.The experimental group was taught with flipped classroom method,the control group was taught with traditional method.We compared the effects of the two methods by examining them and e-valuating their clinical performances.Results The experimental group get higher score and performed better clinical ability than the control group.The students of flipped classroom increased their interests and efficiency in learning and improved their ability of self-study.Conclusions The flipped classroom teach-ing method used in clinical practice teaching of otolaryngology head and neck surgery can improve students’learning interests and achievements,and further improve their ability of self-study and clinical emergency response capacity.
