凸轮转子叶片泵是一种结构新颖、低噪声、高性能的液压元件。从五十年代问世以来,在国外得到高速的发展,尤其在西德、日本很受重视,广泛应用于各类液压系统中。目前在国内正为人们所注意。我厂参考国内外有关资料于1978年自行设计和试制凸轮转子泵(见图)。在有关单位和科技人员的大力支持下,经过一年多来的努力,终于在1979年试制成功。1980年3月委托上海交通大学按一机部液压泵型式试验要求,对我厂生产的TB-B22C(额定压力100公斤力/厘米~2,额定排量22毫升/转)凸轮转子泵进行性能测试,结果各项指标均达到了较好的水平。凸轮转子泵的主要特性如下:
