大連玻璃厂、錦西水泥厂,学习了解放軍的“一帮一”、“一对紅”和山西省的“一带二”經驗以后,受到很大启发。他們結合本企业的实际情况,經过試点取得初步經驗后,便迅速在全厂推广了这一經驗,开展了以五好为目标的互帮互学活动,有效地推动了比学赶帮运动的深入开展,大大地促进了生产,进一步調动了羣众的积极性,厂里很快出現了一个人人爭五好的新局面。他們推广这一經驗,在較短的时間內,就取得了显著的成效,是十分令人鼓舞的。从大連、錦西两厂提供的初步經驗表明,在建筑材料和非金屬矿工业企业中推广“一帮一”、“一对紅”的活动是完全合适的,并且深受羣众欢迎。各企业应当重視这一經驗,认真組織与領导广大职工,把这个羣众性的互帮互学活动广泛地开展起来。 Dalian Glass Factory and Jinxi Cement Factory have been greatly inspired after learning the PLA’s “One to One”, “One to Two” and “One Belt and Two” experience in Shanxi Province.
