大連玻璃厂、錦西水泥厂,学习了解放軍的“一帮一”、“一对紅”和山西省的“一带二”經驗以后,受到很大启发。他們結合本企业的实际情况,經过試点取得初步經驗后,便迅速在全厂推广了这一經驗,开展了以五好为目标的互帮互学活动,有效地推动了比学赶帮运动的深入开展,大大地促进了生产,进一步調动了羣众的积极性,厂里很快出現了一个人人爭五好的新局面。他們推广这一經驗,在較短的时間內,就取得了显著的成效,是十分令人鼓舞的。从大連、錦西两厂提供的初步經驗表明,在建筑材料和非金屬矿工业企业中推广“一帮一”、“一对紅”的活动是完全合适的,并且深受羣众欢迎。各企业应当重視这一經驗,认真組織与領导广大职工,把这个羣众性的互帮互学活动广泛地开展起来。
Dalian Glass Factory and Jinxi Cement Factory have been greatly inspired after learning the PLA’s “One to One”, “One to Two” and “One Belt and Two” experience in Shanxi Province. After combining with the actual conditions of their enterprises and obtaining preliminary experience through pilot projects, they quickly promoted this experience in the whole factory and carried out the mutual help and mutual exchange activities with the goal of “ The deepening of the movement has greatly promoted the production and further aroused the enthusiasm of the masses. Soon the factory was witnessing a new situation in which all people struggle for a better future. Their promotion of this experience has achieved remarkable results in a relatively short period of time and is very encouraging. The preliminary experience provided by the two plants in Dalian and Jinxi shows that the promotion of ”one to one, one“ and ”one to two" activities in construction materials and non-metallic mining industrial enterprises is entirely appropriate and well received by the public. All enterprises should attach importance to this experience, conscientiously organize and lead the vast numbers of workers and staff members, and carry out this mass-wide mutual aid and student exchange program in a broad manner.
