1991年12月17～20日,山东省煤经会及多种经营集体经济协会在兖州矿务局召开了年会。山东省煤经会理事、多种经营集体经济协会委员、省属各矿务局分管经营的领导和先进集体、个人及优秀成果奖获得者120多人参加了会议。中国煤经会副理事长赵汝经、秘书长孙容出席了会议。会上,山东省煤经会理事长孙瑾、山东煤矿多种经营集体经济协会副会长薛传新分别作了工作报告;山东省煤管局副局长王斐然作了重要讲话。他分析了目前山东煤矿多种经营集体经济形势和面临的问题,提出了1992年煤炭经济研究方面的主要任务,要求各级领导和有关部门关心和支持煤经会及集体经济协会的工作;希望煤经会积极主动地搞好调查研究,为领导决策当好参谋和助手。
From December 17 to December 20, 1991, the coal economy association of Shandong Province and various kinds of collective economic associations held an annual meeting in Yanzhou Mining Bureau. More than 120 participants from Shandong Coal Economic Management Association, members of various business collective economic associations, provincial leaders of all mining bureaux and advanced collectives, individuals and winners of outstanding achievement awards attended the meeting. Zhao Rujing, vice chairman of China Coal Economic Society and Sun Rong, secretary general, attended the meeting. At the meeting, Sun Jin, director of Shandong Coal Economic Society, and Xue Chuangxin, vice president of Shandong Coal Mine Multiple Collective Economic Association, respectively made a work report; Deputy Director Wang Fei of Shandong Coal and Methane Authority made an important speech. He analyzed the current situation of collective management of coal mines in Shandong and the problems they faced. He proposed the major tasks for the study of coal economy in 1992 and required leaders and departments at all levels to care for and support the work of the coal mills and the collective economic associations. Hope Coal Economic Research Institute will actively carry out investigations and studies, and act as a good adviser and assistant to leading decision-making.
