绝经后子宫出血是绝经后妇女的常见症状,常引起绝经后妇女的恐慌,担心患上肿瘤。临床上多数以分段诊刮处理,但一部分子宫内膜息肉和子宫黏膜下肌瘤被漏诊。随着诊疗技术的进步和宫腔镜技术的开展,发现绝经后妇女子宫出血的常见病因并非肿瘤,而以子宫内膜息肉多见,其次是子宫内膜炎。 Postmenopausal bleeding is a common symptom of postmenopausal women, often causing panic in postmenopausal women, worried about suffering from cancer. Most clinically sub-curettage, but part of the uterine endometrial polyps and uterine fibroids were missed. With advances in medical technology and the development of hysteroscopy, we found that the most common cause of uterine bleeding in postmenopausal women is not cancer, but is more common in endometrial polyps, followed by endometritis.
