在药物合成和精细化工生产中,如果用工业溴素为原料,必须把原料中一定数量的氯除去,以免给后期分离工作带来困难,目前常用溴化钾(钠)或溴化铵与粗溴共蒸馏的方法除去工业溴中的氯。但此法存在费时、耗能高、生产效率低的缺点。我们在实践中根据氯与溴化钠(钾)反应速度快,溴的比重大这一特点。改用“填料柱”除氯装置来精制溴素。该法具有快速、简便、连续、不耗热能的优点。现报道如下。
