在加工零件过程中,去除毛刺是一道不可缺少的重要工序。喷射法去除毛刺,是利用从喷咀喷出的流体,夹带着具有切削刃的磨料,冲击工件表面的加工方法。目前采用的固体粒料,其加速动力源为压缩空气或水,而液体磨料喷射则由压缩空气、固体粒料及水的混合浆料,进行喷射加工。固体粒料大致有:刚玉、人造磨料、硅砂、天然磨料、合成树脂粒料、玻璃球以及由钢丝切制成的粒料等。
In the process of machining parts, removal of burrs is an indispensable important process. Jet method to remove burrs, is the use of the fluid jet from the nozzle, with the cutting edge of the abrasive, the impact of the workpiece surface processing methods. The current use of solid pellets, which accelerate the power source for the compressed air or water, while the liquid abrasive jet from the compressed air, solid particles and water slurry mixture for jet processing. Solid particles are roughly: corundum, artificial abrasive, silica sand, natural abrasive, synthetic resin pellets, glass balls and cut from steel wire into pellets.
