随着航空航天产品制造密封性要求的不断提高,对泄漏检测技术提出了更高的要求。目前,氦质谱泄漏检测技术在航空航天领域已得到了较广泛应用。航空航天产品待检件结构、大小、要求种类繁多,因而泄漏检测技术的柔性化、通用化成为了其发展方向。通过系统介绍论述不同产品的常用检漏方法的柔性化应用,为从业人员如何根据特定的条件选择合适的检漏方法提供了必要依据。
With the continuous improvement of the sealing requirements of manufacturing aerospace products, leakage detection technology puts forward higher requirements. At present, helium mass spectrometry leak detection technology has been more widely used in the field of aerospace. Aerospace products to be seized pieces of the structure, size, a wide range of requirements, and thus leak detection technology flexibility, universal became its development direction. Through the introduction of the system, the flexible application of common leak detection methods for different products is discussed, which provides the necessary basis for practitioners how to choose the appropriate leak detection method according to specific conditions.
