In this paper, the effect of heating on the mechanical properties and microstructure of the interface of titanium-steel explosive composite plate is studied comprehensively. The results show that heating, especially above 800 ℃ heating has a great harmful effect on the bonding properties. Under the temperature of 700-850 ℃, the diffusion of Ti and Fe elements is small, the interface formed by the compounds is only TiC, the interface failure occurs between the TiC layer (1-1.5μm thick) and the steel layer; at 900-950 ℃, The Ti.Fe element diffuses greatly, the interface generated compounds are mainly FeTi, followed by TiC and Fe_2Ti, the total thickness is about 2μm, and the interface failure occurs between FeTi and Fe_2Ti.
