在阳城县演礼乡一个居住有30口人的偏僻山庄,1986年至1993年间先后有8人患食管癌,男7人,女1人。八年中,1986年2人是父子同时诊为此病,1989年1人,1991年3人其中有兄弟二人同患此病。1993年有2人殃及此病。人群患病率高达27％。八人中,年龄最小者40岁,最大者65岁,平均57.8岁。3人经X线确诊,5人经X线和细胞学确诊,3人接受放射治疗。
In a remote village in the town of Yanli, Yangcheng County, where 30 people live, from 1986 to 1993, there were 8 people with esophageal cancer, 7 men and 1 woman. In eight years, in 1986, two fathers and sons were diagnosed as having the disease at the same time. In 1989, one of them was born in 1989. In 1991, three of them had two brothers who had the same disease. Two people affected the disease in 1993. The prevalence of the population is as high as 27%. Among the eight people, the youngest was 40 years old, and the oldest was 65 years old, with an average of 57.8 years old. Three people were diagnosed by X-ray, 5 were confirmed by X-ray and cytology, and 3 received radiation therapy.
