从川桑树枝的95%乙醇提取物中分离得到1个新的黄酮类化合物,命名为notabilisin K(1),4个已知黄酮类化合物,分别为morusin(2)、mulberrofuran A(3)、neocyclomorusin(4)和mornigrol F(5),化合物2~5均为首次从该植物中分离出来。notabilisin I和notabilisin J对HCT-116、Hep G2、A2780细胞有一定的杀伤作用,IC50为1.47~5.46μmol·L-1;Morusin对5种人肿瘤细胞(BGC823、A2780、HCT-116、Hep G2和NCI-H1650)都有较强的杀伤作用,IC50为0.74~1.58μmol·L-1。
A new flavonoid named as notabilisin K (1) and four known flavonoids were isolated from the 95% ethanol extract of M. mulberry branch, and were identified as morusin (2), mulberrofuran A (3), Neocyclomorusin (4) and mornigrol F (5), compounds 2 ~ 5 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Notabilisin I and notabilisin J could kill HCT-116, Hep G2 and A2780 cells with the IC50 of 1.47-5.46μmol·L-1. Morusin had a significant cytolytic effect on five human tumor cell lines (BGC823, A2780, HCT-116, Hep G2 And NCI-H1650) have a strong killing effect, IC50 0.74 ~ 1.58μmol·L-1.
