目的:建立解毒泄浊I号颗粒中大黄素的含量测定方法。方法:薄层扫描法,展开剂:正己烷-乙酸乙酯-甲酸(30∶10∶0.5),检测波长440 nm。结果:大黄素在0.2~1.0μg范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.99859,平均回收率为98.22%,RSD为1.29%。结论:薄层扫描法简单、准确、重现性好,可用于解毒泄浊I号颗粒中大黄素的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of emodin in Jiedu Xiezhuo I granules. Methods: TLC scanning, developing solvent: n-hexane-ethyl acetate-formic acid (30:10:0.5), detection wavelength 440 nm. Results: The emodin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.2-1.0 μg, r=0.99859. The average recovery was 98.22% and the RSD was 1.29%. Conclusion: The thin-layer scanning method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to determine the content of emodin in Jiedu Xiezhuo I granules.
