Objective To understand the prevalence of adult dyslipidemia in Wenzhou. Methods A multistage random sampling method was used to collect questionnaires, physical examinations and blood biochemical tests in 11 counties (cities, districts) of ≥18 in Wenzhou City. Results A total of 37 179 persons were surveyed, including 15,874 males and 21,305 females. The rate of dyslipidemia was 44.99% (43.91% for males and 45.80% for females; 44.80% for urban areas and 45.07% for rural areas) in Wenzhou people aged 18 or older, the standardization rate was 42.93% (42.23% for males and 43.65% for females) In male (P <0.05), there was no significant difference between urban and rural residents (P> 0.05). HDL-C, LDL-C and triglyceride (TG) And the prevalence of TC and mixed hyperlipidemia were 13.95%, 10.45%, 19.34%, 12.98% and 4.69%, respectively. The prevalence of dyslipidemia was 21.73%. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the levels of serum lipids Abnormalities were related to gender, age, ethnicity, family history of coronary heart disease, family history of dyslipidemia, frequency of consumption of aquatic products, frequency of consumption of dairy foods, stress at work in life, body mass index, central obesity, hypertension and diabetes mellitus P <0.05), and the influencing factors of different lipid components are different. Conclusions The overall level of dyslipidemia in Wenzhou people aged 18 or older is low and the awareness rate is low. Intensive treatment of obesity, hypertension and diabetes mellitus should be strengthened.
