文中着重综述了有关房室隔、房室交点区解剖学研究进展以及房室交接区各部有关双路、多路或环路兴奋传导的肌纤维变异。结合James关于结间束的观点,提出从窦房结到房室结可能有6条传导兴奋的解剖学基础的设想,以供临床工作者参考。文中对房室隔和房室交点区的概念与Sealy前、后间隔区的概念作了扼要的比较,指出二者间的异同。介绍了文献中关于间隔房室副束的位置和形态特点,并提出进一步研究的建议
In this review, we review the recent advances in the anatomy of the atrioventricular septum and atrioventricular nodal area and the variations of muscle fibers involved in dual, multiple, or loop excitatory conduction in various departments of the atrioventricular junction. Combined with James’s view of the intercostal bundle, it is proposed that there may be six anatomical assumptions about the conduction excitation from the sinoatrial node to the atrioventricular node for reference by clinicians. In this paper, the concept of the atrioventricular septum and atrioventricular nodal area is compared with the concept of Sealy anterior and posterior septal areas, and the similarities and differences between the two are pointed out. Introduced the literature on the position and morphological characteristics of the atrioventricular atrioventricular bundle and proposed further research
