随着我国经济发展水平的不断提高,素质教育改革在深入开展当中,培养应用型的民族学人才能够与民族发展相辅相成,在课堂上开设少数民族史方面的课程能够构建出创新型的人才培养模式,为社会培养出更多应用型的民族学人才,能够大力推进我国民族融合与团结,营造和谐社会。但是,鉴于我国受传统教学思维的影响较大,民族学人才培养上依然面临着非常多的困难,很多学科设置上存在不足。为此本文主要对应用型民族学人才的培养方法进行了分析,进而推进我国民族团结,提高民族学人才的能力和水平。
With the continuous improvement of the level of China’s economic development, the quality education reform will be carried out in depth. Cultivating applied ethnology talents can complement national development. Opening classes in the history of ethnic minorities in the classroom can create an innovative model of personnel training , Cultivate more applied ethnology talents for the society, vigorously push forward the national integration and solidarity in our country and create a harmonious society. However, in view of the fact that our country is greatly influenced by the traditional teaching thinking, there are still many difficulties in ethnological personnel training, and many problems exist in many disciplinary settings. Therefore, this article mainly analyzes the methods of cultivating applied ethnology talents, and then advances the national solidarity in our country and enhances the ability and level of ethnology talents.
