本文通过对赛教衔接的现状与相关研究进行梳理、分析、归纳及比较,深入分析职业技能大赛的技能特征和相关企业岗位的职业能力需求,建立适应职业岗位(群)所需要的学习领域和以项目课程为主体的模块化课程群,整合、优化专业课程体系,优化专业人才培养方案,把技能大赛相关标准及要求融合到常规教学当中,形成“以赛促教,赛教相长”之态势,提高高职工业分析技术专业人才培养质量。
Through combing, analyzing, inducing and comparing the current situation and related researches in the competition between sport and education, this article deeply analyzes the skill characteristics of vocational skills competitions and the occupational ability requirements of relevant enterprises’ positions, and establishes the learning fields which are suitable for occupational positions (groups) To the project curriculum as the mainstay of the modular curriculum, integration, optimization of professional curriculum system, optimization of professional training programs, skills competitions related standards and requirements into the conventional teaching among the formation of "Situation, improve vocational training in industrial analysis of technical personnel quality.
