糖尿病(1,2型)是一种异质性很强的多基因遗传性疾病,其遗传因素十分复杂,并受到环境因素的重要影响。糖尿病血管并发症是糖尿病患者致死致残的重要原因,防治血管并发症是糖尿病研究的一项重要内容。近年来随着分子生物学的发展,加快了对糖尿病易感位点的鉴别,大量研究发现了许多与糖尿病血管并发症相关的基因,从而为研究血管并发症的机制和治疗提供了新的途径。现对与糖尿病血管并发症相关的基因和位点的研究情况作一简要介绍。
