根据衡量法治是否成熟的两个重要指标,法学研究被历史地赋予了两大使命:良法的创制与善治。从三十年的法治实践来看,我国法学研究的第一个使命——参与良法的创制完成得不错;但仍需努力。第二个使命——参与善治,尚未引起制度层面足够的重视,需要法学研究者加快学术成果向法治实践的转化。 According to two important indicators of whether the rule of law is mature or not, the study of law has been historically endowed with two major missions: the creation and good governance of good laws. Judging from thirty years of practice of the rule of law, the first mission of the study of law in our country is that it has done a good job of participating in the creation of good laws; however, it still needs to work hard. The second mission - to participate in good governance has not given enough attention at the institutional level, and it is necessary for law researchers to speed up the transformation of academic achievements to the practice of the rule of law.
